ALBAWABA is a sole proprietorship, operating in Yemen specializes in providing a range of consulting services, training and capacity development and career development for Yemen and the region.  


 The firm will be running by highly qualified team of seasonal consultants, all of whom have had graduate/postgraduate in his field and years of experience. This experience extends from identify problems and opportunities, perform analysis, develop plans, to the development of innovative management and business development strategies and solutions. 

Our aim is to focus on enhancing the productivity and profitability of our clients. We serve as an extension of each client's management group, providing opportunities for development and recognition of trends and set direction that will lead to the attainment of each firm's respective goals and the on-going achievement of targeted results.

In addition, we have the intention to develop and present professional workshops, training and capacity development, presentations and seminars. The primary focus of these programs is personal, career and capacity development for staff to enhance effective performance, team building and interpersonal relationship in the work place.

Dr. Mansoor Ali Alabsi

Dr. Mansoor Ali Al-Absi, Owner and Managing Director has more than 30 years’ experience working with the government, International organizations, manufacturing and services companies, International companies working in Yemen and NGOs. Areas of experience include: Management Development, Strategic Planning, Projects Planning and Evaluation, Personal and Capacity Development and Executives Coaching. He also has the change management experience and skills to implement the turnaround tactics that he has used and applied during his managerial roles in the United Beverage Company (Canada Dry) in Hodeida and in the Universal Group (UGC) and DHL Yemen Ltd. 

He has made a comprehensive change to the management organization of the Universal Group of Companies (UGC) through the preparation of an integrated management organization for the Group and the creation of administrative and organizational structures and job descriptions for all UGC including Headquarter. 

He holds Doctorate in Economic Development, University of Wales, UK and two Master Degrees in Agriculture Science and Development, Ain Shams University (Cairo, Egypt) and Reading University, UK.
