Our training here is part of blended solutions that concentrate on growth of individuals in knowledge, skills, changing mindsets and attitudes and maintain the capabilities to plan and achieve their own development objectives.
This type of training aims at building and developing competencies that focuses on individuals’ development to be adequate to the needs of their roles in 
the business environment. 

In order to carry out capacity development programs and improve performance, we design and implement self-development programs in a manner consistent with performance improvement programs for staff and managers such as:
  

1. Developing the administrative capabilities of managers.

2.Direct training of the executive managers to encourage them to take the leaders roles.

3.Developing the skills of the subordinate managers to be able to create ambitions for higher positions.
